Meet Dr. Joseph Sutton A Provider Who Leads With Purpose

For Dr. Joseph Sutton, dentistry is a calling rooted in service, connection, and lifelong learning. Before joining our practice in 2016, he served for five years as a Dental Officer in the U.S. Army.

Dr. Joseph Sutton
  • His first duty station was at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where he provided care to the 82nd Airborne Division.
  • He later served in Landstuhl, Germany, where he led his dental clinic and treated soldiers and their families stationed overseas. That experience shaped his hands-on, relationship-focused approach to care.
  • Today, he continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Dr. Sutton is known for taking time to educate his patients, helping them understand their oral health and feel empowered in their care. Outside of our Newport office, he’s a husband and father of three who enjoys staying active and giving back to his community.
